My soon-to-be husband and I have been bogged down with details of moving in together: the new house, internet providers Kentucky, hiring a lawncare company, etc. But you know what I’m most looking forward to? A great honeymoon in Greece! I’ve never been anywhere like that before and I just can’t wait to really do it right. The plan is for us to cruise around the islands for 10 days and just sightsee and eat and really just enjoy each others’ company! I love Mark to death and I have no doubt he’s going to plan us the trip of a lifetime and you know, at the end of the day we could be camping out in the backyard and I’d just be happy we got to be together. I can’t wait to marry my best friend but I also can’t wait to go to Greece, either! I know by the time the wedding comes I’m really going to be ready for some rest and relaxation that only a cruise can bring to me…

Matt Forte has been playing out of his mind this season so far, to the tune of 1,091 yards from scrimmage through just 7 games (putting him atop the league).
He demonstrated his power running skills on the international stage last Sunday, putting up a killer performance against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
This run below demonstrates his incredible vision and lateral speed, and he has two Buccaneer defenders doing their best "Angels in the Outfield" impression.

ENJOY!

One year after posting their first non-losing season since 2003 (8-8), the Oakland Raiders seem to have more on their minds than improving to a 9-7 winning record.

Starting quarterback Jason Campbell went down on Sunday with a broken collarbone against the Browns, putting the Raiders' strong 2011 start and playoff hopes in jeopardy. After starting the season 4-2 and keeping pace with the San Diego Chargers for the AFC West, things were not looking bright with a possible Kyle Boller/Terrelle Pryor-run offense.

That's where veteran former Bengals QB Carson Palmer comes in. The Raiders traded away their 2012 first round pick and their 2013 second round pick, which becomes a first rounder if they ever actually make the AFC Championship game.

Here's the problem: Jason Campbell will be back in six weeks. What happens when he returns? An organization does not spend one-potentially two- first round picks on a fill-in quarterback.
Like it or not, the Oakland Raiders have just brought in their new franchise quarterback.

This means that Jason Campbell's tenure in Oakland is essentially done, unless he's willing to back up Carson Palmer. He has been a good Raider, of that there is no doubt, but Palmer is the better signal caller by far.

But why would the Raiders pay such a steep price? You don't shell out multiple first rounders unless you think a guy can bring you a championship...and that's a bit of a jump from eight seasons of not even making the playoffs.

Whether they intend to try and honor Al Davis with a title on the year of his death, or if they believe they have a shot at the Lombardi trophy within the next couple of seasons is anyone's guess.

One thing is certain: Palmer will have to bring them far, or heads are going to roll. This team REALLY isn't going to get any younger now.

This organization wants to "Just Win Baby". Clearly they believe Palmer can do that for them.

Sorry Jason. Maybe Seattle will give him a shot.

One of Week 6's best games was the showdown of the NFC's two surprise teams: The 5-0 Detroit Lions and the 4-1 San Fransisco 49ers.

The 49ers won a nail biter at Ford Field, but it would seem that after the game, Lions head coach Jim Schwartz did not take kindly to his counterpart's behavior. You'll notice Jim Harbaugh was maybe a little more excited than your average coach, jumping up and down and delivering a forceful high-five and back slap to Schwartz.

Somehow, this action awoke Schwartz's inner Lion, and he proceeds to take off after Jim Harbaugh with confrontation on his mind.

Needless to say, Schwartz has to earn back a little respect from everybody for that display of temper. His job is to help a bunch of gigantic Man-children keep their emotions in check. This is not what we would call setting a good example.

This scuffle was no Andre Johnson vs Cortland Finnegan, but it sure is fun to watch the reactions!

Enjoy!

For those who have a unique affinity for the ocean, live and die to surf and water-ski, only one site can sufficiently satisfy their needs. Body Glove is there to supply those who love the ocean with the proper equipment to feel confident and safe.

While surfers and scuba enthusiasts have seemingly developed the skin to withstand the harsh ocean, wetsuits are always necessary to create the most aerodynamic and efficient resistance.

Founded in 1953 by twin brothers Bill and Bob Meistrell when they created the first ideal wetsuit, Body Glove has become one of the few family owned surfing and diving brands left in the world.

For surfers, divers, windsurfers, canoeists and other water sport enthusiasts, thermal insulation, abrasion resistance and buoyancy are all keys to a successful outing. Body Glove offers the best wetsuit, in comfort, efficiency and price.

No longer do water goers have give up quality for comfort or vice versa. The water was made to be enjoyed by only the most passionate and the most dedicated.

When enthusiasts are enjoying the water, they don't want discomfort and abrasive sand particles to get in their way, so there is only one choice they must make.

Acquiring the best wetsuits are the only option for a comfortable ride.

Brought to you by the popular YouTube comedy channel Barely Political, this parody depicts a take on what it would be like if Hank Williams Jr. attempted to apologize for his interview on Fox News a few weeks ago. Needless to say, he doesn't seem too sorry here.

Enjoy!

Following the interview (during which he said Barack Obama playing golf with Joe Boehner was like Hitler playing with Netanyahu), ESPN decided to drop his song "All My Rowdy Friends" as the Monday Night Football intro. Hank Jr. claims he quit.

Barely Political is home to a plethora of pop culture and political satirical comedy segments, as well as the Webby Award winning series "Rated Awesome".

In this commercial, aside from the MEGA diss (you'll see), LeBron actually wins something for once.

Despite the fact that the girl at the beginning does not properly react to winning a cool $1 million, LeBron is more than happy to win his free french fries.

Clearly, it wasn't the fourth quarter when he peeled off the sticker.

Honestly, am I the only one who is completely sick of the Ryan family?

Rex and Rob Ryan talk more trash than teenage girls on Facebook, and to be honest it is a little ridiculous coming from two [very] fully grown men.

Rob Ryan matched and perhaps even exceeded his brother's most insane comments last week, by daring to insinuate that Calvin Johnson Jr is less talented than Dez Bryant or Miles Austin. He's referring to a guy whose nickname is 'Megatron'....seriously Rob?

When asked last week by the media how he would deal with Megatron, Rob's response was to say, “We work against better receivers with Miles Austin and Dez Bryant,” Ryan said. “They are probably two of the premier receivers in football, but this guy is right there. He’s almost that good. He’s excellent.

WHAT??

Well let's see: Calvin Johnson is a perennial Pro-Bowler, he has matched Cris Carter's record for consecutive multi-touchdown games, he is the first to do that in the opening 4 games, he is among the first 4 receivers picked in fantasy football every year...need I go on?

Johnson is a 6-foot-5, 236-pound physical freak of nature. He has a 43-inch vertical leap, and he is faster and stronger than his alleged competition on the Dallas Cowboys.

He scored two touchdowns in the 4th quarter comeback by the Detroit Lions yesterday, and accumulated 58 of his 96 reception yards in that same quarter.

I'm sorry, has anyone ever seen Dez Bryant or Miles Austin haul in a touchdown catch in triple-coverage, AND make it look EASY?? No, I didn't think so.

Even better, the ever humble Johnson chose not to respond to Ryan, letting his play do the talking. His coach and quarterback were more than happy to step up to the plate on his behalf.
Jim Schwartz said post game: "Indulge me for a second, I am just glad that the third-best receiver on their team is on our team."

Even Jason Garrett said that Johnson is arguably the best player in the NFL, and Terrance Newman claimed it is difficult to cover a guy who "could play power forward for the Detroit Pistons." How true.

At least Rex has two consecutive AFC Championship appearances to brag about. Rob on the other hand, can just shut up now. He should stick a cheeseburger in that big mouth of his and call it a day. He's gotta gameplan the next collapse after all.

You know what they say: Empty barrels make the most noise!

While the World Cup continues to improve fan appreciation and bring a new throng of loyal followers, the sport of soccer still trails far behind the other major sports in player salaries. Perhaps they set a morale example, or maybe they just don't believe their players deserve to have a plethora of lavish houses and a superfluous number of vehicles in the garage, but either way they have some money to raise. Soccer has a long way to go. Check out this infographic.
